It’s our signature service and provides an outstanding platform for success. During these sessions, a trained staff member will guide you through more than a dozen pieces of original Pilates equipment, tailoring the training to match your personal ability and needs. Sessions are held in our intimate studio environment and can be coordinated to fit nearly any schedule.
